Gift vouchers may only be used in a single transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.

Gift Vouchers must be used before the expiry date on the voucher.

Gift Vouchers may be used for goods or services of an equal (or higher value on payment of any difference).

Treatment for voucher redemption to be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

If you wish to collect your Gift Vouchers from the clinic, then you will need to arrange a mutually convenient time to do so (this will need to be within Clinic opening hours : Monday to Friday : 0am - 7pm - and when Trudy is not with a client)

Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.

Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and can be redeemed by visiting this page (or using the QR code on the voucher)

Gift Vouchers are only valid at Trudy Mills Aesthetics, Lindfield.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of Trudy Mills Aesthetics is final.
